I distribute upholstered furniture items and need a way to provide customers with more accurate inventory levels. I need a tool that I can use that increases inventory levels for each item when I enter a purchase order and decreases when I sell something. I need to be able to show a report that has columns for current and future bi-weekly periods and rows for each item. These cells are populated with current stock (opening plus received POs less sold), and for future bi-weekly periods the sum of qty on POs dated for that period. I use QuickBooks for my actual creation of POs and Invoices so this doesn't need all the controls in place- it's just a place to do a quick report easily. I can see the following required: 1. Tables and Forms - supplier, product, fabric/leather, POs, Invoices 2. Reports - Available Inventory Report
