Is there a way to stop multiple Zobots interfering with each other?
The idea is that I use chatbots to lead people from one page to others, depending on what they're interested in.
There are 2 problems though:
- Once you've closed or cancelled the chatbot on one page, a chatbot won't appear again, on that page or the other two. They start working again the next day, but there's some kind of delay I can't control before SalesIQ decides to display another chatbot. Is there something I can add to the Zobot to say "start showing chatbots again?"
- If you minimise the chatbot window one page, the same chatbot reappears on the other pages. It hasn't realised the visitor is looking at a different page.
I used to use Dialog coding. Now I'm using the block-building system (much nicer)!!
