Is there a way to stop multiple Zobots interfering with each other?

The idea is that I use chatbots to lead people from one page to others, depending on what they're interested in.

There are 2 problems though:

Once you've closed or cancelled the chatbot on one page, a chatbot won't appear again, on that page or the other two. They start working again the next day, but there's some kind of delay I can't control before SalesIQ decides to display another chatbot. Is there something I can add to the Zobot to say "start showing chatbots again?"
If you minimise the chatbot window one page, the same chatbot reappears on the other pages. It hasn't realised the visitor is looking at a different page.

I used to use Dialog coding. Now I'm using the block-building system (much nicer)!!
