We have a need for a collaborative web based database that would have the ability to appear in a spreadsheet form (similar to a excel format). The data base items could be transferred to other documents i.e. invoices, spreadsheets etc. It is important that only certain fields are viewable by certain people. Also that data base can get through firewalls. I would just like to discuss the options/possibilities available at this time not actually implement it.
