Lack of ZOHO invoicing development

Am I the only person that feels Zoho is focusing all its attention at their other projects (CRM, Books) at the expense of Zoho Invoice? Development seems to have came to standstill and all Zoho ever say is "great idea" or "we'll implement it in the future" etc but they never actually implement proposed features or give a date.

"tax inclusive caculators / popups" - good idea, NOT IMPLEMENTED

"print history" - good idea, NOT IMPLEMENTED

"backup / zip / tarball" feature - often requested - NOT IMPLEMENTED

"prompt payment discount" - NOT IMPLEMENTED

"credit card surcharge (or cash/direct credit discount)" - NOT IMPLEMENTED

"check-box to send snail mail on 2nd or 3rd automatic reminder" - NOT IMPLEMENTED (especially bizzarre considering this would make Zoho so much extra revenue).

Zoho is so close to being a great platform but It's getting so frustrating having to spend day after day working around the various problems Zoho Invoice has, especially when some of requested features would take so little effort to implement.
