Language per user, not only per organisation
Hi there,
Simply wanted to put this suggestion out through the forum officially to see if this request seems important not only for my organisation but to other users too. Feel free to drop a thumbs up.
Most of our users work well through english, but being from Quebec, Canada, we have people who understand better using French.
The langage option is set per organisation and not per user. This creates a challenge for import/export with field names on mapping. We also only have livechat support when we switch our organisation language to english. I do agree our organisation should mainly use one language on building the data and procedures which we do, but language per user feature would greatly help in our case.
