Customize the online and offline messages in the chat widget:
To customize the online and offline text, Navigate to Settings > Websites > Your Website > Live Chat Widget > Widget > Content, here you can change the message by selecting Online or Offline, and replace the text in the input field provided below.
Do not want to display the widget outside business hours?
- Head to the Business Hours section, turn on the Hide Chat Widget outside the Business Hours option.
