I am looking to create a complaint logging system for my business. We would need to enter who the call was from, their contact info, and details of the call/complaint. We would like to assign each complaint to a location and a type of complaint. Then there should be a status that gets assigned to it and potentially another employee who is assigned to handle it. We want all users to be able to see the list of open and completed complaints and to be able to update them at any time. Want capability to search by location, status, person assigned to, etc.
