we seem to have an issue with a lookup field in the Leads module.
I created a new module, called "Bauträger", containing 1.000+ entries with basically just a name of a company in each entry. In the Leads module I created a lookup field to look up these companies as they might be attached to building projects of the client in the leads module. That seemed to work perfectly fine and the way we wanted it to be.
However, we then noticed only our users with Admin permissions can see the entries in the lookup field and also add new ones. Simple sales agents cannot see anything when clicking inside the lookup field. I checked all permissions (of the field itself, of user roles) and cannot find the problem. The field itself has all permissions for everyone, the user role of sales agent can write, edit, delete, see everything in Leads and Bauträger module. What could be the issue here / what am I missing?
