Video and audio is great on this new version

But there's a few problems

- goes full screen on startup- this is insane and unnecessary

- when in full screen, clicking green traffic light goes to single app mode not scaling down. This violates Apple's human interface guidelines- when an app is full screen, clicking the green 'maximise' button should scale the apps window down so you can see (and grab) ALL corners of the app window

- can’t change size of video of presenter from client or presenter (scale webcam video)

- almost impossible to grab bottom of screen to minimise

- not suitable for 1 to 1 meetings due to video constraints

- can’t see small version of your own webcam like you can in Zoom while a meeting is in progress

**when starting a meeting, if your org is not set up from defaults, you can’t use webcam and there is no warning about this
