Member portal

I'm logging in today to Zoho Site after a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see 'Member Portal' link under 'Manage' menu, assuming this is the launch of the much-awaited feature that allows us to restrict access to specific pages to members with individual credentials as opposed to a just page-level password. However, when I wanted to confirm and get more details, I don't see any announcement in Forum to this effect.

Kindly confirm and give more details about its features.
