Need a List View Created

Need a List View Created

I have a table of contacts (approximately 6k or so), and I have a table of donations these contacts have made, including the Donation Campaign this donation applies to. I have a client request to create a view that would show all Clients and Address who have NOT made a donation to a particular campaign. In theory I should be able to just link the 2 forms together in a list view, and then use the simple zoho filtering tools, but I have been unable to do so.
