Need Help understanding rebranded mobile apps

Greetings

I'm going through the knowledgebase regarding the rebranded mobile apps and i need to understand the customer side app, do customers need to sign in to my portal on the creator website first and then they would be able to access my customer app, or would they be able to download and access my app directly without the need to register on the creator's user portal?

also another point i need help understanding, if wanted to sell my creator rebranded app to private clients, these clients would still need to have zoho accounts (and creator account) and the creator solution .ds file shared with their creator account and then have that solution be rebranded as a mobile app. otherwise if i just turned my account's solution into a mobile app and then shared it with my clients then that app is going to be related to my account and operates based on that, am i correct?
