One to One sharing

We use Zoho Vault for business and I want to use it for my personal stuff. But I don't see One to One sharing and I may need to share some passwords with some people.. nothing crazy but something like the One to One sharing feature from LastPass free version seems reasonable. Do Zoho Vault free version allows One to One sharing? This is a desicion maker feature, if the answer is no, I'm going with LastPass.
