i like to collect many different information from my client when they fill the order in my Bigcommerce.com store. Unfortunately Bigcommerce do not allow me to receive and export custom field data or import multiple location selection and paste in the variation form and collect all this info. What I'm looking for is to insert an online form maybe in the checkout process where client can select any custom option and I like to be able to receive only the selected option from each customer . A problem can be the order number and how I can track the order and attach to the filled form? (please see the sample attached picture) for understand the complexity of the form I'm looking for.
