Open ticket directly if the search string is exactly the same as a ticket ID

Hello there,

from many other systems, I am used to the fact that the element I am looking for opens element directly if you have used the exact ID as the searchstring. This saves a few seconds and a lot of frustration!

Example:

I want to search/open the ticket with the number #6420, but the results list has more entries and I have to click on the last one. I would like to save myself the time for executing the search, the manual search in the results list and the click!



If Zoho recognises that there is only one exact match, the ticket could be opened directly in the detail view. If I want to search for all tickets that start with 6420, I can use the numerous other search functions in Zoho Desk.

Or you could only enable this functionality if the search starts with a hash. That would make it even more "secure".
