Create database that will house the information on the attached forms. Also a orientation checklist form, also photos of participants. All of these forms should all relate as it is needed information on each participant. I have completed the Referral Form and have started the Intake Form. My concern is making sure I can cross reference all information on participants to run reports. I also need a database to track attendance of the participants. I have been waiting on a friend to create a database for me in Access and it has not materialized as of yet. I begin to search for an easy to use database and found Zoho, I love the fact it is web-based as there will be more then one user needing to access the information in the database, however, monies are limited right now and was trying to utilize the free component of Zoho.
