Payment Gateways per Event

Sometimes I host an event where we don't want to allow online transactions, we just want people to reserve tickets and pay at the door. Is there a way to remove the online payment options for a specific event?

Additionally, I have hosted events where we partner with a non-profit and we therefore need to use a different PayPal or Stripe account than the one that belongs to my business. Is there a way to setup a PayPal or Stripe account to be used for a specific event so we can allow donations to go directly to my charity organization rather than to my business? This is of extreme importance when we tell people that their contributions and purchases are tax-deductible.
