We are an outsourcing company with more than 100 clients. We manage all our HR management with People Soft, there we have invoices, headcount, etc client by client. On the other hand we use Zoho CRM to manage our leads and client relatonships. We need to have some info from People Soft centralized in Zoho CRM. What we imagine is we need a socket for the two systems to communicate and have our monthly sales and headcount info from People Soft (plus other fields) in conjuction with interactions and customer info in Zoho. Anybody can help?
