Plugin API info

Sorry if this has been answered already. I just couldn't find it. I am using a web file manager and it has a plugin. I created an API but it may not be a remote api since its asking for more info . FYI, it ask for the API key, which I inputed but it also asking for the secret key which I do not see where one is at. Also there is an option for Z-agent. What is that?
