Hi, I'm looking for a price for the project, not hourly to generate a database for my property business. I need the following forms to link into 1 database: New Property Instruction Form Reservation Form Tenant Application form Amend Property Details Amend Tenant details I'm quite happy to layout the forms, but need someone to link everything in together. Essentially, the forms will have populated fields from the database, such as property details, tenant details and so on. For example, if a tenant account number is entered, the form will populate with all the other information, such as address, telephone number, email etc. I would also need some of the functions to have email functions, such as a maintenance request can email the nominated maintenance company for a drop down list of jobs.
