Re Order "All Forms" page?

Hi, I have a question...

We have put iFrame forms on our website, that customers use most of the time, however if a customer rings with an enquiry, and one of our forms is the place we would send them, we will often open our website, navigate to the form page, fill it for them while they are on the phone. (Good customer service!)

Alternatively, and preferred method, if we have open Zoho Forms, we will select the form to add a new entry.

My question...

We have quite a few forms, and they are listed over 2-3 pages. Some are in development, others are used often as above.

On the "All Forms" page, can I reorder the list so the commonly used ones are at the top? or

is there a best way to create a quick launch page, where I can select to display ONLY some of the forms, commonly used forms that are filled in this way, making it easy to launch just the forms we want.
