Redesign

All the seperate ideas in this forum are great - but I am bold today and suggest a complete re-design of Projects - like CRM or DESK experienced this year.

In our opinion, the UI is 2010. Some settings here, some there... no tags I could search for. Totally out of date.

If ZOHO would do the same good work they did on CRM and DESK for POROJECTS as well, it would be all we need. With all the nice features that came with it for the other modules: tags, search, all related stuff in one page, etc.

Every service company - like us - needs a CRM, a ticket system and a project management. CRM and DESK are great! So powerful! And then there is Projects... It seems a little bit like a forgotten treasure.

Hope I am not the only one with this opinion. :-)
