I need a simple registration form (name, email, phone) with the ability to select a seat from a limited number of seats. The person registering needs to select from one of two evenings class sessions, and register with a cap of 20 registrants per evening. Actually, I have two, one-hour classes per evening for a total of four classes (10/18: 6-7 p.m., 7-8 p.m. & 10/21: 6-7 p.m., 7-8 p.m.) - 20 seats each class session.
