I am trying to see if I can get an app built that will allow the word docs that I receive by email to be accessed by my clients using a login and password. My company provides diagnostic ultrasound services for about 150 veterinary offices where I perform an ultrasound in their office, send these to a radiologist , the radiologist emails me back written report in MS Word, I then web fax to my clients. All these emails are stored in my Zoho mail and what I would like to do is to store each of these clients individual reports in a folder and then make them accessible to them using a login and password. Is this possible? I am a small company and don’t want to spend a lot of money developing a web based database if I can manage it all thru Zoho
