Did you know you can now edit your desk support tickets within SalesIQ? Happy to announce the latest update to the SalesIQ-Desk integration. Managing your customer support tickets within SalesIQ just got even smoother and better. No more toggling between platforms – handle everything conveniently within SalesIQ, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.
- With this update, you can easily edit desk ticket details directly from SalesIQ without navigating to Zoho Desk.
- Edit any ticket detail as needed, like setting due dates, modifying ticket information, adding notes, sending and replying to emails, adding comments, etc., all from within SalesIQ.

What's new?
Previously, we had the option to convert chats as new desk tickets, view recent tickets of the visitor, and manage/modify the status of these tickets from within SalesIQ. But if there was a need to edit the ticket details, we had to navigate to Desk. Now, we have brought in the option to edit all the necessary information right from the SalesIQ dashboard.
