Scheduling System

Hello, I have started working on a scheduling system, but don't have much time to devote to the project. I have a list of workers and a list of events, each with a required number of workers. I then have another form that assigns a worker to an event. But I need to be able to disallow a worker being assigned to the same event twice or being scheduled twice during the same timeframe. And I need some reporting. I have a little money to spend. Can you help?
