Seriously: Auto Billing promised since 2010

Hello Zoho Team,

I like Zoho a lot, but the lack of the auto billing feature already caused us big losses as customers can simply decide to "not pay".

Unfortunately, searching forum archives on this topic is frustrating.

The Auto Billing was considered by you one of the most awaited features from your users, and since 2010 your only replies were like "We are yet to implement", "sorry to disappoint", "we will release it soon", etc...

Now, please do not reply me you're sorry to disappoint. Do not tell me you'll inform me "someday". And do NOT thank me for my understanding.

When I can see no news at all on a hot topic for almost 4 years, there's no way I can still understand whatever your reasons may be. Now I need something precise.

I'm a developer, not a politician. Give us data if you can, or finally tell us it's not something we should wait for at all.

For January I will need to have a system with a working auto billing feature.

Just tell me if I can expect that system to be Zoho, or if I'd better start testing to change my scripts to work with any of the various competitors out there that supports this feature.
