Database with manualy imput members of different trades of service providers. From a different domain clients (open to the public) fill up a project form where they request 3 bids for a job of a specific trade along with their information (name, address, pnone etc...). The moment the potencial client submits the form, 3 members (service providers) of that same trade and from that same area of work will receive an email with the info of the potencial client and the cost of the leads are automaticlly discouted from their credit of a prepaid amout of leads. Each form submited needs to pick the next 3 members on the list. example: 10 members in that list, 1st client picks members 1, 2 and 3, next client picks members 4, 5 and 6, next client picks members 7, 8, and 9, finally next client picks members 10, 1 and 2, and so on, every members needs the same chance of leads.
