I am not understanding the Google Apps environment, even less the Zoho integration with it. BUT- I know that: 1- I want my Project and CRM calendar's activity to appear on my Google Calendar. 2- I want my website contacts to appear in Zoho CRM as leads. 3- I want a more simple and automatic integration between CRM, INVOICE, REPORTS and PROJECTS. Basically, I want to get setup with a better mini ERP to allow for more efficient growth. I want to setup up my ZOHO in the "textbook example" form so it will be easy to then add special features.
