Simple Email Notification on Chat Initiate
I have all of our other notifications set up for chats in SalesIQ, but I have an employee who would rather receive basic email notifications when a new chat comes in. Same type of notification as desktop notice or sound playing, but the system would also generate an email and send it saying someone is waiting in chat for an operator.
The system doesn't seem to have this capability and I've not been able to figure out another way to achieve this (via automations or bots, as example)
