Site Changes

I have created some changes on my site. They show up on the preview site page but they do not actually show up on my website.

Also, I would like to change my page layout from one column to two columns. I have followed directions but it is not responding.

Are these common problems? Is response time, continuously slow? I am excited to move my site to Zoho for easy CRM and workflow but if the site is this slow I will be forced to go back to wordpress.
