Can you help us in our problem?
We currently have 2 SLAs.
1. New to In-progress
2. In-progress to Closed
were currently having problems with in-progress to closed. We chose Status field update on "When do you want to execute the SLA". but every time status changes (from in progress to on hold/for approval), the due date updates too. We have a custom field "Previous Owner" which saves the Agent ID of whom "Accepted" the ticket. so we added "Previous Owner" field to the field update on SLA's "When do you want to execute the SLA" and was set to ALL (Previous owner and Status) . the problem is, it is not working. upon checking the history, the last update was the "Previous Owner" field. No updates on In-progress to Closed SLA.
