SMS failure

I'm new to Zoho, Twilio, and have no tech background. I continue to get this error when forms have been completed.

"Permission to send an SMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the 'To' number:"

The form is set to generate an SMS to me when a form has been completed by a customer.

I have verified the A2P 10DLC verification along with selecting Canada and US for applicable regions in Twilio. Any advice on how to correct and move forward? Thanks!
