Social media marketing has become the go-to strategy for most businesses who are trying to boost awareness of their product/service, create a brand image in the minds of their audience, increase website traffic and engagement, and generate leads. Posting regularly on social media, being responsive to queries received from customers and potentials, and staying updated on and following social media trends are all some methods that can help increase engagement your brand receives, because of the amount of time being spent on social media by individuals of all age groups. An entire product life cycle happens on social media these days. You can either choose to add the information as a new lead/contact or associate it with existing matching records, if any.



  • Monitor dashboard: The Monitor tab serves as a single platform to help you keep track of what everyone is saying about your brand. You can add columns that you want to constantly monitor, and the notifications will keep getting updated. You can click Add to CRM next to any profile's notification that you want to add to your CRM, and the information will automatically be synced.


  • Messages tab: You can also hover over any message to add the information as a lead or contact to CRM.
     


  • Automated leads capture: Imagine that you recently posted about arranging regular food delivery for your customers who'd like to order food from the comfort of their homes/workplaces. To start, you've prepared a sample box of savouries and desserts and want to get the feedback of your customers, so you call out to the people who're interested in trying out this sample box.
