Design a relational database for management of standards documents, currently maintained in the referenced spreadsheet sample. Approx 25 fields, 6 tables, passworded forms for entry/maintenance, public search form. Mostly simple structure, but looking for ability (and a treasonable UI) for one record to add multiple references to other records (see "Normative References column). DOI column derived from ISBN column; UI should populate "new record" form from next available ISBN. Need ability to add another block of 1000 ISBNs when needed and purchased. When design complete, include one-time loading from full spreadsheet. Planned extension (new project) -- generate XML files from template and db record.
