I have created a Creator app with forms and views, etc. I cant seem to create the process logic that I need to make it work successfully. I am creating a form that represents a lab procedure to follow step by step where each step is a field dropdown (Yes/ No) and may require data to be collected in a separate field. The steps are all conditional decisions and could lead a user down a different path each time. A user can also go back a step and choose a different value which then takes them down a different path. Issues: 1- management and ease of changing the steps and workflow 2- lab steps become obsolete and replaced with a newer regulated step- how can the steps be versioned? 3- out of date step cant be deleted because it may need to reported on to verify compliance 4- reporting so that a manager can see where each workflow is in process 5- Must work flawlessly on a mobile device such as iPhone, Blackberry and Android 6- needs to be US State specific for 7 states and 1 general workflow for the other states 7- user needs to be able to stop the workflow at a certain step and then come right back to that step at a later time if needed 8- needs to be VERY easy to use for a minimally skilled user (on a mobile smartphone) Simple Example: Step 1- Perform test1 What color is the test? If test1 is BLUE, then go to Step 2, if test1 is RED, then go to Step 5 Step 2- Record Temperature What is the temperature? If temp1 is 100, then go to step 3, if temp1 is 200, then go to step 8 - - - - Step 5- Record Time What time is it? If time is 1 minute, then go to step 10, if time is 5 minutes, then go to step 9 Now if you want to go back to redo an answer, you could go down a totally different path and need to clear all your fields back up to that step. It is a series of questions that lead a user through a decision support flow depending on the situation and requiring the user to perform tasks and document completion or gather data in the form.
