This morning I had a few minutes spare and decided to log into my notebooks on my Windows 10 PC to sort a couple of the notebooks out. I like the idea of sub-folders (dragging one note onto another to create a separate section within the notebook). I've done it on several of my notebooks and is very convenient. This morning, however, when I did it with a rather important set of notes in a notebook, something happened without my knowing. On closing a sub-section to return to the notebook as a whole, several of my newly created sections, containing many notes, have vanished.
I've searched elsewhere in other notebooks. I've searched throughout and the notes have simply vanished. I did not delete any. Moreso, I cannot find a trash can to see if I can recover the lost sub-sections containing the notes.
My questions: I love and hate Zoho. It is brilliant, yet often flaky. Losing notes like this incident this morning is extremely upsetting and frustrating. Is it because the Windows browser version is unreliable? Is there a way to recover the lost notes?
I have a development query too. Often I import notes that contain unwanted html and css coding. I understand about importing as plain text. Would it not be an easy feature to add a 'view code' type facility whereby a note could be seen - code and all?
Thank you for your help in solving the main issue of vanishing notes
