Task Update Problems with Threaded Gmail

Hi:

Gmail ignores any text that is around brackets, for example: [project] - Task Note Added

In that example, [project] is ignored and only "- Task Note Added" is retained.

So, when multiple tasks are updated from different projects they are threaded together when Google ignores the content in the brackets. This happens when tasks are updated close to one another. Example:

[projecA] - Task Note Added

[projectB] - Task Note Added

[projectC] - Task Note Added

This causes roblems when there a handful of task updates and can sometimes lead to missing these task updates due to it being threaded in other emails.

Is there some way around this? Doubt gmail is going to change. Is there an ability to add the Task Name to the end of the Email so they do not become threaded. Example:

[projecA] - Task Note Added - Task Name

[projectB] - Task Note Added - Task Name

[projectC] - Task Note Added - Task Name

Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
