Tip#124【Zoho Desk】定型文の作成と活用

みなさま、こんにちは。今週のTips and Tricksでは、Zoho Desk の定型文機能を紹介します。

◎Zoho Desk の定型文とは?
定型文は、使用頻度の高いテキストをあらかじめ登録して、問い合わせの返信に追加できる機能です。これにより、返信文面の作成時間を短縮したり、顧客への返信内容の一貫性を担保したりといった効果が得られます。

◎定型文の作成
1. 返信の編集エディターのツールバーに表示されているアイコンにカーソルを合わせる
2. メニューから「定型文を追加する」をクリック



3. 定型文名に作成したい定型文のタイトルを入力する
(※定型文名にはスペースが使用できません)
4. 定型文の説明にテキストを入力する
(※定型文には差し込み項目が使用できます)
5. 「保存する」をクリック



6. 定型文が保存されて一覧表示されるので、挿入したい定型文にカーソルを合わせる
7. 選択した定型文のプレビューが表示されるので確認してクリック



8. 選択した定型文が挿入される
