今回のZoho SalesIQ のTipでは、チャットの担当者の画面から顧客が入力している質問やメッセージをリアルタイムで見ることができる「入力プレビュー」を紹介します。

◎入力プレビューとは?
Zoho SalesIQ のチャットに顧客が質問やメッセージを入力している間に、リアルタイムで内容を確認できる機能です。これにより、担当者はいち早く顧客の質問や入力情報の確認ができ、回答や対応策を見つけるまでの時間を短縮できます。
