Las campañas de correo electrónico te permiten crear un canal de comunicación con tus suscriptores, los cuales reciben una invitación para interactuar con tu marca al recibir tu correo. Este proceso crea una relación entre ambos que transciende el hecho de que abran tu correo, hagan clic en un enlace, o respondan a tu encuesta. Estas acciones muestran un interés en tu marca, que puede traducirse en un futuro cliente.

La labor de los profesionales del marketing entorno al cliente pasa por varias fases: desde la calificación de un lead, la generación de clientes, y nutrir la relación con ellos. En el tip de hoy vamos a ver una función muy útil que te puede ayudar a calificar a los mejores leads.

Tip #6: Califica a los mejores leads para ventas con Zoho Campaigns.
La puntuación de posibles clientes basada en acciones, así como está disponible para Zoho CRM, también se puede utilizar en Zoho Campaigns con acciones propias de tus campañas de email marketing. Estas acciones pueden variar desde que el lead se suscriba a tu newsletter, que abran tus correos o que hagan clic en su contenido - cada muestra de interés cuenta. Valóralas asignando distintas puntuaciones a cada acción realizada.

Para asignar puntuación basada en acciones:
  1. Accede al apartado Contactos.
  2. Selecciona la opción Puntuación del contacto.
  3. En la pestaña de Configuración, en el apartado Actividades de campaña, puedes ver las acciones disponibles y la puntuación (positiva o negativa) asociada a las mismas. En caso de querer editar la puntuación, solo tienes que hacer clic en el botón del lápiz (Editar) para asignar las puntuaciones a tu gusto.



En el apartado Puntuación del contacto también puedes establecer la puntuación de contactos basada en campos, como el país o la compañía, en la sección Detalles de puntuación basada en campos. Nombra la puntuación, asigna los puntos y establece las condiciones a cumplir.

Una vez la asignación de puntos por actividad sea de tu agrado, puedes empezar a clasificar tus contactos, dependiendo de su grado de implicación o interés.
  1. En la misma pestaña de Configuración dentro de Puntuación del contacto, accede al apartado Clasificación de contactos y haz clic en Definir contactos.
  2. Define la condición de puntuación para las categorías de Contactos muy interesados y Contactos algo interesados proporcionando la puntuación que, en tu opinión, calificaría al lead como bueno. Aquellos contactos que no cumplan con esos requisitos se clasificarán como Principiantes.
  3. En caso de que quieras definir una nueva condición relacionada con el tiempo en que un contacto adquiere una puntuación, activa la condición marcando la casilla y define la puntuación que un contacto debe conseguir en el tiempo que tu determines, para ser clasificado en las categorías.



Ahora, aquellos contactos que se encuentren Muy interesados pueden calificarse para ventas, mientras que tú sigues nutriendo la relación con los Principiantes o Algo interesados. Puedes saber más sobre la Puntuación de Contactos en este enlace.
