Tips & Tricks 05: Boost the credibility of your training organization by branding your email communication.

Learners tend to look for indicators of legitimacy before enrolling in a training organization. Whether they intend to hire them to teach a course, to care for their learning needs, provide a teaching service, or to give them advice, they need to see that the trainer is trustworthy. 

In an effort to provide opportunities for training organizations to put their best foot forward, we're working on adding some great new features to ShowTime. The ShowTime team is currently working on helping you customize the way your sessions are branded, allowing you to map your own domain for your training sessions. This feature will help boost visibility to target audiences and add credibility to your training organization. 



Using a professional email ID for your business is another method that can increase your brand-value. In a recent survey among consumers, over 65% of participants would rather choose an organization that has a branded email address versus a firm with a free email address. If you are looking for professional branding and legitimacy, then you need to be utilizing a custom email address.

Zoho ShowTime allows you to choose an email address that represents your company's brand, and use it for sending out all your training emails to participants. 
 
To configure custom email addresses:
1. Click the Administration tab on the left and select Branding.

2. Click Configure email address beside the chosen email address and select from the list of all the trainer's email addresses available in your account portal. Also, if you wish to add a new email address, click on Add Contact.


3. Open the verification email that you receive to confirm and set the chosen email address as your primary contact/session-specific email addresses.
  
These added email addresses can be used to send all your session emails, such as reminders and session invitation emails.
