We are looking to build a trade order management in zoho creator for our company. the workflow will be very simple. Group A Users: Enters trade details Group B Users: Approves trade details Group C Users: Books trades Group D Users: Checks "Group C's" work Group E Users: Closes trade Under Group E - there are multiple stages of the process. It would show a dropdown and the Group E user will manually update the status based on their work on daily basis and add comments. This will be in the from of subform as we need to preserve historical comments. Life cycle of the trade will be recorded and users will have access to different parts of application based on their user group. At each stage user should have the ability to add comments. This will be in a form of a subform to preserve historical comments.
