quite easy. Basically, the traffic exchange addresses would be in a drop down. A text field would be for the date of visit. There would also be a action button. You would select the traffic exchange from the drop down. The last date of visit would show in the date visited text field. when you click on the action button, the address in the TX drop down would open up in a browser window and the date of visit text field would be updated to show the current date. All records would be saved. The application should be able to have new websites added and old ones deleted. there are a couple of websites that do this, however, it depends on them being online. and if they are not, they are essentially useless.
