We are looking for a database management solution for a large American university. The current database comes from an old accounting system that is inadequate for segmenting the data for use with direct mail/email marketing efforts. The main goal is to allow client login to make detailed segments of the database (create reports of students in particular major, in zip code range, who enrolled before certain date for example) that are then exported to CSV. They will be using the database primarily for email marketing and direct mail fund-raising. The database we will be managing contains 70,000 records that will need to be imported and reorganized - the current DB is based on financial transactions, we instead need to use "student ID" as the core unit of the entire database and attach all other data to specific students. We will design the user interface "skin" but will need a Zoho expert to implement it.
