I am new to using some Zoho services. I have created an email for my company and I've created 2 group emails (info and booking). I want to use the booking email to send users a confirmation mail after they've booked, and I want it to be the email that holds all the bookings in the calendar. I, however, don't know how to go around this. As a user, I want the bookings being made, directly synced into my calendar as well. I've tested the group, inviting it to an appointment, and it seems like I as a user have to accept the meeting first before it will show on my calendar. Is there a way to sync the user email with the group email? Is there a possibility to log into the booking group email in my calendar?
