Basically we are looking for something very simple to manage our volunteer database. Volunteers will have access to 3 things : • Volunteer registration Form. • Volunteer Profile Edit. • Calendar of Events (to register themselves in volunteer events). Admins (max. 2 people) will have permission to : • Categorize/search Lists(database) of volunteers. And export lists. • Add events to event calendars and edit those (Specify date, location, time and hours needed). • Check availability of volunteers based on days (which they specify on the registration form). • Tracking for each volunteer in terms of how many events/hours they participate in. • Write notes about Volunteers. Registration Form will be bilingual (we will provide the translation). It will be linked to our website and should include the following fields: • Personal picture. • Name: First and Last. • Birth date. • Gender. • Contact info.: email and mobile. • Interests. • Strengths. • Days available to volunteer. Events Calendar: • Will have upcoming volunteer events. • Includes all info about event. • Will allow people to register for an event and confirming it by sending a confirmation email. • Check each event and how many people registered • Modify/Add/Delete events. Also, can the registration form be tracked by google analytics to find out the conversion rates and how many registers came through what channels?
