Web to project request - a client initiates a project request for quote on a website, the quote request is received, autotresponder sent, with the ability for the client to email to the thread and login to see their requests, The request is assigned to a team member. An iterative coversation to ellaborate takes place, then estimate, estimate iteration to reject or accept phase... so it can be rejected, live or complete, waiting etc... supporting documents and zip files of code can be attached/uploaded Then project can start etc.. and be managed in zoho project, source code/ deliverable can be posted to the live project, bugs can be sent in from the client for that project/product.
