Webinar Recording Link Not Working in Post-Automated Email to Attendees
Hi, we've had this issue before in that when we've sent out an automated email to our absentees and attendees, the recording link doesn't work. At the time I was told it was because I've set the email to be sent 2mins after the webinar, and that wasn't enough time for the system to properly generate the webinar link. I was advised to give the system one hour, and so, I've edited the settings for the automated emails to be sent 2hrs after each webinar.
The recording link still doesn't work even after the email is sent 2hrs after the webinar recording. Can you look into this and tell us why this isn't working? Can you also please provide us a solution so this doesn't happen again for the 3rd time? When the recording link in the email is clicked, it goes to an error screen that I've attached for reference.
