1. OFFICE 365 INTEGRATION:
Zoho Invoice integrates with Office 365 to make invoicing more easy and effortless for customers.
Sync all your Office 365 customer contacts to Zoho Invoice automatically, and select the ones you would like to import. You can also add your employees as users and manage your invoicing better as a team.
2. INTRODUCING RAZORPAY:
The holiday treat for Indian customers is here early. Zoho Invoice integrates with Razorpay, an online payment gateway for Indian businesses, to make accepting online payments easier and smoother for small business owners. With Razorpay, Indian customers can now accept payments in Indian Rupee and easily work with the auto charge feature.
3. SEND UNPAID INVOICES LIST:
Now, while sending customer statements to your clients
select the 'Attach Unpaid Invoices' list option and
, attach the list of unpaid invoices and notify them of the unpaid invoices.
4. NEW PAYMENT TERMS IN ZOHO INVOICE:
Now, with the new payment terms in Zoho Invoice, you can set the payment to be due on end of the month or end of the next month.
5. ADD AN ORDER NUMBER TO YOUR RECURRING INVOICES:
Keep track of your Recurring invoices with the Order number field.
Order number field has been added for recurring invoices. With this feature, easily keep track of all the future invoices generated from the invoice, since all the child invoices will have the same order number.
6. ZOHO INVOICE IS NOW RECOMENDED FOR G SUITE:
